Professional Experience:

Ololade Olayinka Oladele is an experienced legal practitioner specialising in corporate law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, litigation, and company secretarial practice. She earned her LL.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, in 2008, and her LL.M. from the University of Lagos in 2017. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2009.

Her early career involved a formative role at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) during her NYSC, where she acquired a solid foundation in company registration, compliance, and related matters, with a working knowledge of the Corporate and Allied Matters Act. Since joining Alaba Odunlami Partners in 2011, she has progressively risen through the ranks, becoming a Partner in 2019. She now supervises the firm’s Associate lawyers and provides strategic legal advice in corporate structuring and dispute resolution.
