Oladele, Ololade Olayinka - Partner

Ms. Oladele obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree LL.B (Hons) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife in 2008, and her Master degree (LL.M) at the University of Lagos.

She was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2009. She worked with the Corporate Affairs Commission during her National Youth Service from November 2009 to October 2010, thus possessing requisite knowledge in company registration and corporate allied matters.

She joined Alaba Odunlami & Co in May 2011 and has been active in legal practice, litigation, commercial legal practice, company secretarial administration and oversees Associates in the firm.

She has worked in the capital market as a Compliance officer, hence possessing experience in the Capital Market regulatory sector.
